Google Filters Bombing
It looks suspicious if a large amount of external links to your site has the same content within tags. This filter helps to define paid links promotion and it is applied in such cases.
How to bypass it: it is rather difficult, if not impossible, to bypass it. Applying this filter to your site in most cases leads to ban, and the only thing you can do is to try removing this links or change anchor links text, and then apply for indexing.
CO-citation Linking Google Filters
The topics of those sites that link to your site define your site topic as it is seen by Google. If, for instance, you link to the site, which in turn links to medical sites, Google treats your site topics as related to medicine, too.
How to bypass it: watch those who you link to carefully, and try to choose quality resource with relevant topics.
Too many links at once Google Filters
Filter gets right if Google detects a fast rise of external links amount. Your site will be suspected of illegal link obtaining and it may lead to ban.
